We are an independent consultancy made up of ex-Big 4 and industry leaders who specialise in operating model design. We saw a gap in the current provision supporting fast growth companies who could benefit from this expertise. We bring all the expertise of working with a leading consultancy firm ​but in a more streamlined and dynamic approach.

We do not try to be all things to all people, we leverage our network approach to bring you the experts in other fields as needed. Ricky Thomas
Founder and Principal
Ricky has 15 years experience across strategy, transformation and consulting. He has a rare skill set having learnt doing/ leading in industry and then refined advising at PwC. This means he thinks about the practicality and deliverability of change, but also will it truly give you what you need to be successful (and his finance background always thinks about the £'s). At PwC he worked with some of the world's leading companies from established brands who needed to innovate, conglomerates that needed to modernise and start-ups looking to shake up their industries. Through this all Ricky learnt, developed and advanced a clear approach and methodology, leaving PwC as a recognised leader in Operating Model Design.

Matilda Venter
Culture, People and Org Design
Matilda is an ex-Big 4 organisation design and culture change expert with a wealth of experience in business transformation. She has worked across a range of industries notably financial services, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, automotive and utilities. She works with clients to consider how to restructure their workforce and combine capabilities for optimum cost efficiency, agility and productivity. Matilda supports clients through the transformation journey to design, implement and embed culture change.

Nicila brings significant experience across consumer facing and retail organisations. Well-respected and trusted partner of the business, leading with integrity, initiative, and a can-do attitude. Areas of expertise include controls design, business recovery, finance transformation and performance & financial analysis.
Dave Collinge ACA
Finance Operating Model & Enterprise/Business Performance Management
Dave is a Transformation specialist with 20 years' experience in Finance leadership roles. Within FP&A and Commercial Finance for large multinational corporations. He has a track record of leading and delivering organisational, process and systems changes that create functions with improved Business Partnering, better Employee experience, all at lower cost.
Marc Hopkins
IT Strategy through Delivery & Enterprise Business Analysis
Marc is an experienced IT manager who most recently delivered a digitalisation programme for a division of Shell. Prior to this he worked as a technology consultant at IBM for 12 years. He brings a focus on understanding business objectives and challenges to shape IT strategy, business cases demand management, and the delivery of IT solutions. Strong business and technical skills combined with a collaborative approach to lead teams focused on delivering high value investments. Scrum Master Certified and IIBA CBAP qualified with the ability to elicit requirements from business and IT stakeholders with a strong commercial focus.
