What actually is an
'Operating Model' ?

This is a phrase that gets misused a lot and can mean different things to different people. For us, it means the way your company runs, the way you deliver your company purpose and having clarity over that. You could think about it as, if you had to try and replicate your company, how would you describe all the things that make your company work?

 

As you can imagine, this would be pretty complex. We use the framework below to help us break it down into something manageable to work through.

This is important for all companies because whether you have 'designed' or thought about it or not, your company does have an operating model already; it is how it runs today. Our approach allows you to reflect and make conscious choices regarding the right way for your company to run . Will how you became successful work as well as your grow?

 

So whatever we call it, we can all agree thinking about how your company runs is important and maybe not something you get to step back and reflect on too often.
