Introducing our Service Offerings

Hello Linkedin. You gave me too much positive feedback last time I did this, so I'm trying to do it again maybe a little bit more professional. The updated website has gone live, so I'm very excited to talk about that. There's a few changes for the people who are constantly looking at it, but for most I want to introduce juices our new services. I trialled this a little bit last time, let me go into more detail. This is all about how do we make the benefits of consulting more realisable to more people - lower the barriers to entry, make it so that you don't have to spend millions and have a big firm come in for months. What I've tried to do is break this down into three different product types.


We have Advice as a Service, and this is all about, I just want to chat to someone, I need some experience from someone who has done this before, I need to test something before I go pitch to the board. And it's really about giving you access to our collective insights. So you can send through some questions, send through a bit of a spec and then you drive the conversation. This is not a sales pitch. This is not about us giving you a bit of help but really trying to sell a project. This is about us trying to help you succeed and you're the client on this and as it says it is Advice as a Service, that's what you're buying is the advice now. So this is the most accessible form.


Then our next item is what I am calling Products. So there are a few things in here mainly it is around benchmarking, it's around discrete pieces of analysis, our organisation efficiency reviews, our company reviews. Also when you need someone to come in and help be an external facilitator, help a leadership team make a critical decision and you just want someone to help manage the room, help you think logically through how to make that decision. So, three key parts, we've got benchmarking, we've got the discreet analysis and then we have facilitation.


Then the last service ‘Hand on Support’, this is more typical consulting. This is a project where you do want someone to come in for a few weeks to a couple of months to help you work through your strategy, help you work through how to deliver those changes and we are still focusing on our core skill set, internal strategy and operating model design. This is all about how do we help, set strategy, do the design and then set you up for implementation of those changes and supporting you, as much as you need through that journey of how you're going to enhance how your company runs.
