Advice as a Service

Whether you just want an expert to speak to, someone who has done it before or are in the middle of a transformational journey, we can help. Typically, the 'advice' offered by consultancy firms in these situations, is considered by them to be a sales opportunity.

 

What if you don't need a consultant, aren't sure what you need, or you just want impartial advice you can trust?

This is where our Advice as a Service comes in. These are no obligation sessions where you set the agenda, they can be as little as a single session or ongoing support. You decide, this is your time with an expert to get advice that will make a difference. We can provide technical insights/ learnings, experience of how others do things and have tackled challenges before, review material, discuss approaches or simply answer your questions. It is up to you; you are the client here.

How this Works

We recommend booking a single session to start as this service is designed to be flexible around your needs. We will typically be able to arrange the session with a few days of you reaching out.

1. Get in touch by email or the contact form below. Please describe what you would like to get out of this or the topics / questions you need advice on.

2. We make sure we are well placed to offer advice on your needs (we may say no or offer an introductory call if we aren't sure we can help) 

​

3. We will prepare (and recommend you do too, so you get the most from our session), you can send in advance anything else that is key for you to get out of our call.

​

5. We when meet, you are in control over what you want to get out of the call. We can then have follow-on sessions if / as you want.
