Projects
Operating Model and Organisational Effectiveness Review
Global FinTech, IPO'd, ~1000 FTEs, ~£200m revenue with a new CEO, a refreshed long-term strategy and huge growth planned.
Over 6 weeks we helped them to review their internal strategy, understand their competitive differentiators, assess their organisational effectiveness, provide a frank view of their current status (internal and external) and align the leadership team around the need for change.
This led to identifying ~£10m of immediate actionable organisational efficiencies, mid-term structural changes and several Op Model tweaks (culture, RPA, role of HR etc.) to increase agility and support delivery of the company vision.

Back Office Transformation
A UK based professional services firm needed to realign its back office in support of the firm’s growth strategy. This included decoupling back-office costs from revenue growth and making it agile and scalable for the future.
A complete operating model redesign was conducted across multiple BUs, Exec and functions including Tech, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Risk, Operations and on…
This led to the creation of a new unified back-office BU (and everything that goes with that), a new business services function to delivery cost & service efficiency, significant cost savings and many more changes to both increase staff happiness and the service provided to the wider company.
